Representation Of Teenagers In The Media - Conclusion

All of my research into the representation of teenagers has shown me positive and negative representations of them. They are often shown as being dangerous, mischievous, bullies, unlovable but on the other hand they are often shown as polite and well mannered gentlemen.

I think some of these representations are quite bad because they give people a very negative impression of teenagers even though some are very different. If people saw these characters / stories often then they might assume that all teenagers were like that, and would end up stereotyping them. This will affect many teenagers as they will be signified wrongly in society.
